Welcome to Blue Bay Child and Family Therapy! Life can feel messy, especially when you're carrying multiple roles, identities, and expectations. I'm Bindhu Prasad, LMFT—a therapist, and fellow human walking alongside clients as they navigate parent-child struggles, ADHD, trauma, grief, and transitions. Whether you're a parent, teen, or adult feeling overwhelmed or stuck, I offer a grounded, compassionate space to reconnect with your strengths and move forward with clarity. Before becoming a therapist, I spent years working in leadership roles in the tech industry. This experience gives me a firsthand understanding of the pressures related to work/life balance, burnout, identity, and belonging—especially within Bay Area communities. I’ve also worked in schools supporting children and families navigating IEPs, 504 Plans, and social-emotional development. These intersections inform the way I show up for clients across all life stages. With warmth and purpose, I offer a space to explore your story. My approach blends Mindfulness-based CBT, Narrative Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. I look forward to welcoming you to our journey together!
